My car broke down on a Thursday and within a few days J & L had it up and running. They towed it for free to their shop, did a free diagnostic and then quoted me a price with a better warranty that was 800 dollars less than the next closed transmission place. Louise was more than helpful and the experience has been fantastic so far. Definitely recommend them!!!

Fantastic! Excellent service. Top quality work. Could not have asked for better experience. New Transmission runs like a top. My warranty insurance paid for new transmission. Guaranteed. Jose and staff are so polite, very knowledgeable + friendly. Service with a smile. I was panicked when I thought the transmission was going out in my car. I took it to two other places that both said the transmission was bad and it needed to be replaced which would have been almost $3000. J.L. was the first one to actually be honest with us and knew that my make and model has a reputation for the computer being bad. Turns out it was just the computer and it saved us almost $2400. It would have been easy for them to say yes the transmission was bad and charge a lot of money, but in the end they were honest, friendly, and prompt with their service. I would highly recommend them.

A friend of mine referred me to these guys and am I glad she did. These guys are great Wednesday evening I pulled up desperate for answers on as to why my brakes were so soft “Jose” greeted me. And let me know, he was on his way home “but what can I do for you”? he immediately located the leak in my caliper and highly suggested it gets fixed immediately I told him I could not leave my vehicle there at that moment but first thing in the morning I dropped it off he priced the work so fair I couldn’t not get it done. I’m now safely on the road with operable brakes. I have 2 other jobs on a another vehicle lined for this place I’m sticking with them

This will be my second time I have brought a vehicle to J&L transmission. All I can say is even though the first car I brought had to be taken back for some adjustments which they took in immediately fixed with no questions asked and stayed true to their word and their warranty. This time with my other daughters truck he squeeze me in before the holidays gave me a set price that I couldn’t say no to with a two-year warranty. I waited two months before writing this review to see how things went with her truck and there has been no problems whatsoever! Not every vehicle is going to be perfect but when you stay true to your word and true to the warrantee J&L transmission will be the next place I will go if needed.
